How Can the Anchor Circle Community Help My Child?
The Anchor Circle Community offers supportive and goal-focused process groups that help adolescents and young adults build confidence, resilience, and life skills. Unlike therapy, which addresses clinical concerns, our groups empower teens and young adults to set goals, develop strategies, and build skills for success in school, relationships, and personal growth.
Are Anchor Circle Groups The Same As Therapy?
No. Anchor Circle Groups are future-oriented process groups focusing on personal growth, goals, and skill-building.
Therapy/Counseling often addresses mental health concerns, past experiences, and emotional healing.
If your child is struggling with significant anxiety, depression, or trauma, counseling may be more appropriate. Anchor Circle can complement therapy or be a standalone support if your child is ready to set goals and take action.

If your teen is experiencing severe emotional distress, a licensed mental health provider may be more appropriate.
How Much Does It Cost and Why is Prepayment Necessary?
Anchor Circle Community groups are divided into age & developmental stages. Each community group is 12-weeks and the cost is $95 per group. The fee for the entirety of the group section is required in a prepayment of $1,140.
Prepayment ensures that each group runs smoothly and that every participant has a guaranteed spot. Because group sessions are capped at a limited number of participants, advance payment is necessary to:
-
Hold your child's place – spots are reserved and cannot be guaranteed without payment.
-
Maintain group commitment – when everyone is prepaid, the group dynamic is stronger and participants show up more consistently.
-
Keep the group running smoothly – last-minute cancellations can disrupt the flow; prepayment helps keep the group stable.
-
Simplify administration – instead of weekly transactions, parents can focus on their child's growth while we focus on groups facilitation and progress
Prepaid group programs also encourage accountability—teens/young adults are more invested when they know they’re part of a committed group working toward
shared goals.
